Does anyone know how to solve "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets." There is no further explanation. I live and work abroad

I live and work in Tanzania, East Africa and I have no taxable income in the US as I pay taxes here and am under the US threshold regarding my salary.

Generally this means your software needs to be updated.

 

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
