Does anyone know how to get in contact with a live person, at TurboTax? I can't get in contact with anyone, email/phone, nor can I get in contact with anyone at the IRS!

turbo tax has blocked my computer so I cannot do ANYTHING.  I was trying to get the 2018 tax file open to get the ending figures from that file.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
