If you are referring to the 6 digit Identity Protection PIN that was sent to you because you reported an identity theft, go to this IRS website to retrieve the IP PIN - https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin

To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button

If you are referring to the 5 digit PIN you use to e-file your tax return then any 5 digit number you select can be used.  You must enter the 2021 AGI to e-file the federal tax return.

If you did not file a 2021 return, then indicate that when asked in the File section of the program.  If your e-filed return is rejected for the 2021 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2021 AGI and e-file again.
