Does anyone have a GOOD link that explains how to fill out the NEW W4? Since it is no longer based on deductions.

Cannot find a GOOD explanation of how to fill out the new W4.  Anyone have a GOOD link?

To complete your W-4 correctly you should follow the specific line item instructions provided with the form.  You can find the Form W-4 here.
