Another suggestion would be to use a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox to open https://turbotax.intuit.com/
I have always completed my turbo tax with Internet Explorer - this year I am require to use Chrome. The problem is that I cannot log into my old account - so none of my history is available. any ideas? After multiple attempts to recover my account / etc. etc. I am frustrated with this system and no one to call for help.
If you don't have access to your Intuit password, you can use the Account Recovery Request Tool here.
If you need to change the email in the account you can submit this form along with your id for the information to be changed.
If you are able to access the prior year return from the Internet explorer browser, log in your account and on the bottom left of the page you will see Intuit account.
Once you are in you can edit Password or email or both.
Then you can access your account on Google Chrome.
