Does anybody know what 768 code is my return is supposed to be $1800 and some change but it’s a 768 code saying -$4000 what does that mean?

Code 768 means that your return includes a refundable credit such as Earned Income Credit of $4,000. The negative means that's reducing your tax liability - it's not going to reduce your refund.
