Does a freelancer who qualifies for QBI need to fill out a K1 form?

Being a freelancer who who is self employed, I believe I qualify for QBI. However, it seems all the information I find on QBI says I need a K1 form, and the K1 forms ask for partnership info, when I do not have a partner. Thank you for any feedback.

All you have to do is complete your Sch C to have the program calculate your QBI.
