I've gone through the motions to import my CS tax summary several times on two different accounts, and although TurboTax states in the online download permission window that the process was successful and "we have downloaded your tax info", nothing shows up in my Turbotax.
Is this a failure, or am I supposed to find a file somewhere on my PC for Turbotax to open?

Another person who had similar issues with a Fidelity import....they finally found that they had to delete the cookies related to Fidelity.....then it finally worked
Might be something similar for Chas Schwab. Not sure how you delete just the Chas Scwab cookies (in whatever browser TTX is using to have you log in to Schwab).....so just delete them all and try again.
