Documents apparently downloaded from Vanguard, but data not appearing in TurboTax.

Vanguard 1099's appear to have downloaded ok in that they all appear in the Import Summary of documents downloaded; however, two of those 1099's do not appear in the forms displayed under Forms, nor is the data from those two 1099's included in the tax calculations. Can I just repeat the download from Vanguard, do I need to delete the downloaded documents and start again, or should I just enter the missing data manually? Thanks.

Delete the files you have downloaded.  Once this is done, go ahead and clear cache and cookies.  Closeout and re-open your browser and log back into TurboTax.  When you are back in this area, try the download again.  If this does not work, you may have to manually input your details that are not downloading.
