Do you know when the system will be updated to support Form M-2210 for State Filing. The message says early February but wondering if there is a specific timeframe?

This is for the Massachusetts State Tax Return

Intuit has yet to respond or release any news and/or remedy the supposed error in early Feb as noted. I went ahead and did the research so that I could wrap up my return and click on the "no form" box so that I could efile and have peace of mind that I would not be penalized. Go into the form itself and scroll down until you see the "total tax due" field, if the box is empty you owe $0 and have not underpaid. This form is really just like the IRS 2210 where you just have to figure out if there was an underpayment and if so you must file the form with your taxes. The convenience of Turbotax has its flaws obv but at the very least it does compute and enters the data in the boxes for you so if yours is $0 you have not underpaid. Scroll back up to the top where there is a box to check "no form" click on it and hit next then you are on your way to submit the Mass Return and rest assured that if you entered the correct tax info on your end and have $0 tax due that you too can have peace of mind and not have to wait for a response. This application is a convenience but the free solution really doesn't get you much. Just google "Do I need to file the M-2210" and within the Mass DOR site if you actually skim through the info that is there you will find confirmation that it only needs to be included if you owe more than $400.00 for underpayment.  http://www.mass.gov/dor/individuals/filing-and-payment-information/guide-to-personal-income-tax/paym...
