Do TurboTax experts no longer respond to posts in TurboTax Community questions?

Last year there were many questions in filing tax returns using the TT Business software.  Many questions had responses by people who were or claimed to be TT experts, which I took to mean they actually worked for TT. I noticed there was a response this year to one question that claimed TT no longer will respond to questions on the Business product because TT wants you to pay to get a response.

Hi KeshH, I posted a question on 1/31/25 asking how to open and view my 2023 Business product, which was used to successfully submit both the 2023 1065 and 1041 federal tax returns in 2024 using TT Business desktop.  It has had many people read it but nobody has responded.
