Do not have info on dividend/ interest. Received no forms. How do I continue filling out forms

I believe that any interest/dividends Were minimal

If you believe that you should have received a 1099DIV or a 1099INT go to the website of the financial institution that would issue the documents to you and see if you can print them from the site to enter into your tax return.

You don't need the 1099-INT or 1099-DIV, but you do need to know the amount of interest or dividends. You should be able to get the amounts from your account records or from the financial institution. They do not have to give you a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV if the amount is less than $10, but you still have to report the income. Enter it in TurboTax as if you got a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV. All you have to enter is the payer's name and the amount of interest or dividends.
