You don't need the 1099-INT or 1099-DIV, but you do need to know the amount of interest or dividends. You should be able to get the amounts from your account records or from the financial institution. They do not have to give you a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV if the amount is less than $10, but you still have to report the income. Enter it in TurboTax as if you got a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV. All you have to enter is the payer's name and the amount of interest or dividends.
