Do I still use my SSN for the 1040 and the rest of the return, even when I got an EIN to included in 1099s forms?

I just got an EIN to include in 1099 MISC forms instead of the SSN. Do I need to replace my SSN by the EIN everywhere in the return? Or I just use the EIN only in the 1099 misc form?

You should use your SSN for the 1040.  The EIN number is only for your 1099s.
