Do I still need to file/fix? I didn't realize that my spouse filed my W-2 on a different platform and I came to file and it's been rejected here.

Only one of my W-2s was filled out on a different platform. I tried to file here because I didn't think my spouse filed for me, but now it's rejecting me with this code: IND-452 
Is there a way to fix this?
