Do I still need the Premier turbotax program for filing my taxes?

I am retired and no longer receive W2's -- I do receive RMD's from IRA's, Social Security, pension, and sales from stock...

Any version of TT desktop will work.

If using TT online, you'll need Premier because of the stock sales.

You MIGHT need to step up to "Premier" even if you are using a desktop version IF your "stock" came from a previous employer - especially through an ESPP - as I don't think "Deluxe" or below has the step-by-step interview process for the sale of stock acquired via an employee stock plan.  If you know what you are doing, (e.g., reporting compensation for a disqualifying disposition of ESPP stock and adding that compensation to your out of pocket basis when reporting the sale), then you can still use "Deluxe", but it will require more effort on your part.
