Do I send a copy of federal return with the state return when sending to the state?

When printing out my returns to mail, turbo tax printed a second federal return after printing the state return. Do need to send the federal return that printed after the state return with my state return?

Most States want you to include a copy of your Federal return when you mail in your State return.  You can check your States website to find out what is included with your State return, or you can tell me what State & I can look it up for you.

What about AZ State? Do I include a copy of my federal return 1040 with my state? If no, I have a 4852 (corrected W-2) and would like to know if I should include that with the AZ state return? Turbo Tax did not indicate with the state mail in instructions.

If you are mailing your return, be sure to include Form 140, page 1 and page 2, and all other required forms.

Include Form(s) W-2, W-2G, 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-G, 1099-INT, 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC and 1099-R, after the last page of your return only if the form shows Arizona income tax withholding.

Include Copy of 1040 Federal Schedule A (if itemizing deductions).

Thank you! Just to clarify, form 4852 is serving as a W-2C for me, but it doesn't sound like I need to include with my state tax return.

I would include it just to be sure. It won't hurt anything.
