Yes, you should report money received by donating plasma. If you did not receive any documentation (ex, W-2 or 1099-MISC).   Here's where you can report what was earned.

In TurboTax Online:

Go to Federal Taxes then Wages & Income

Next scroll down to Less Common Income and click on Miscellaneous Income.

On the page that states " Let's work on any Miscellaneous Income, sroll down to Other reportable income.

Then enter the cash that you received as well as a description (who you worked for).

**Note** You will see the cash amount entered on line 21 of your Form 1040

Why does it make me upgrade for 1099-misc?

Even with that it makes me upgrade to deluxe even for reporting only 150 , i don't think it's fair that we are forced to upgrade to deluxe.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Making me pay $60 to upgrade to deluxe in order to report $200 is ridiculous.
