Do I need to wait for my corrected 1095-C to file my taxes?

I had health insurance through one employer Jan.-June, and a different employer June 23-Dec.

The 1095-C from the second employer states my insurance started w/them July.

Do I need to wait for my corrected 1095-C to file my taxes?

Thank you.

No, you do not have to wait for your corrected Form 1095-C to file your taxes.

Form 1095-C, Health Coverage, is used to report the type of health coverage you had, dependents covered by your insurance, and how many months you had coverage for in 2019  to the IRS.

TurboTax will ask you questions about your health coverage but your 1095-C is not needed. Just keep the form in your files. You do not need the form to file your tax return.
