Do I need to use the AGI amount from last year's return, or the one that TurboTax automatically filled in?

My AGI for 2018 was $3922, but TTax filled in ~$1200 on this year's form. Which should I use?

TurboTax will fill in the AGI for this year if you filed through TurboTax last year.

If last year's return was incomplete in TurboTax and you filed elsewhere, you should change the figure. You can double-check the figure by looking at Line 7 of the 2018 Form 1040.
