Yes.  Upgrade from the Free Edition is required for anything related to an HSA, including HSA contributions made through an employer. 

In most cases, your Health Saving Account (HSA) contribution is reported in Box 12 of your W-2 with the code W (Employer Contributions to Health Savings Account).
