Do I need to show Tution fee I paid to collage out of US

I paid tuition fee to a college outside of US for my nephew who is in India.

do I need to show that while submitting taxes?

No, you do not need to show the Tuition fee that you paid to the college in India for your nephew. There is no credit available and no payment to show.
