Do I need to provide both Dividends And Distribution and/or Interest Income with on investment? If I have to report both, I need to report these in two separate listings.

Company "X" shows ordinary dividends of $7,877.71 and qualified dividends of $60.33.  Interest Income  is $125.04.
I'm unable to show all the above in on listing for "X" so I would then need to create another listing for "X", which increases my taxes owing $2,000.

Please advise and thank you for your insight in this matter.

Report dividends on 1099-DIV and interest on 1099-INT.
