Do I need to mail my 1040EZ forms and my tax returns W-2 to the IRS if I change an e-file

I changed I think I changed I'm not sure I need to find out if I change the mailing to e-file and if I did do I have to still mail in my W2 1040EZ and exempt forms

No, if you changed to e-file then you do not mail your returns.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions on how to change your return from paper to e-file.
