Do I need to file taxes in Illinois or list myself as a resident?

I have lived in Colorado the entirety of 2018, but didn't change my drivers license until November because I didn't have a permanent address. I also got married during the year so I didn't want to change my license then have to change it again when my name changed. I visited IL a couple times to see family but I did not make any income or physically live there.

No you did not live in IL and did not earn income in IL.  You do not have to file an IL return.
