Do i need to file taxes if i have absolutely no income because i am a stay at home mom and not married?

What do you get?  Does somebody claim you as a dependent?  Like your parents?

If you have no taxable income at all (wages, interest etc) than there is no reason to file a tax return. With no taxable income you would not receive any credit for your child.
