I would think so if you received a 1095-A because they want to ensure you qualify for the amount of advance premium tax credit you received (if any). I'm not a tax professional so research it for yourself.

TurboTax's handling of 1095-A is really awful, unfortunately, if you did not receive the advance premium tax credit. If you did then hopefully it will work well for you.

If you have Obamacare, you should have received a form 1095-A and that tax form must be filed if there are amounts in Column C.   See Do I have to file a tax return this year?   See the other reasons to file underneath the chart.    If there are no amounts in column C, you do not have to file a return.
