i received chase open account  welcome bonus  for $300,Do I need to file if I have no income but received a 1099-INT? 1099-int and 1098 T are only tax form i received

If the $300 interest was the Only income you received in all of 2019 and would be the only taxable income to be entered on your tax return, then there is no need for you file.
