Do I need to file a w2 and 1099 forms being self employed and coowner

If you had employees, you must file W-2's for each employee. 

File Form 1099-MISC for each person to whom you have paid during the year:

• At least $600 in:
  • Services performed by someone who is not your employee. (Such as subcontractors)
