Do i need to enter the difference in healthcare premiums paid and marketplace payments for premium? i paid 121.53 per month.

When you enter your 1095-A and answer the followup questions, TurboTax will put the credits and deductions where they need to be. Do not enter the expenses again elsewhere, or they will be double-counted.
