Do I need to do Turbo Deluxe if I have a Health Savings Account I did not use in the past year and therefore did not even qualify for the appropriate Tax form?

My Insurance company does not have the form for me because I did not use the funds. TurboTax is picking up on the fact I have an HSA due to the company contribution indicated on my W2. How do I get around this?

You cannot get around this. You will need to upgrade to the Deluxe version because of the employer HSA contribution. The IRS requires you to include Form 8889 with your Form 1040 to show your eligibility for the contribution. The IRS will see this W2 contribution amount and should you not report it properly, it will result in additional tax and penalty.
