Do I need to do a 1040X if I put "NO" on the ACA Worksheet but applied for an exemption on Part III of Form 8965

Do I need to do a 1040X if I put "NO" on the ACA Worksheet for the second question asking "Does the taxpayer have a marketplace exemption or does the taxpayer want to apply for an exemption allowed on Form 8965" but applied for an exemption on Part III of Form 8965? It should have been yes considering the attached form 8965. Will the IRS correct it automatically for a simple error?

It's hard to say whether the IRS would automatically correct it or not.  If it were me I would check your tax forms (Schedule 4) to see if you had to pay any "shared responsibility payment."  If you did I would file the 1040X.  If not I would just wait and  what happens.
