Do I need to amend forgot to include 1099-NCE

We are an LLC partnership and a customer sent us a 1099-NEC, I e-filed on TurboTax and forgot to included the copy, the income was included in my taxes.  Do I need to amend my return?  I have never received one before being that we are an LLC.   Thank-you!

No, you do not need to amend your return as long as the income reported on the Form 1099-NEC was reported on your tax return that was filed.  Just keep the Form 1099-NEC with your records.
