Do I need 1099 form from our home health care insurance company who is paying for in home health care of my husband in our home?

I am not asking about regular health insurance 1095 form. I need to know if I need a form from this second insurance company.

For in home health care you will received a 1099-LTC from the insurance company paying the caregiver coming into your home or to you. LTC= Long Term Care. You need include the information on this form in you tax forms as long as you get this form.

If the insurance company sent you a 1095-B or C, those forms do not need to be entered into the Health Insurance section of your return. Simply file them with your tax documents.
