Do I have to submit any forms if I attend school at a university then take one class at a community college

I am currently a student who makes less than $3000 a year at my part time job. Do I have to submit anything that says I go to the community college as well (I've only taken 3 hours there this year) when I'm considered a full time student at my regular university.

Question 2: I've filed before independently but can I file as a dependent after I file independently (I'm a full time student under 24)? And does this change anything that I need to submit in terms of school forms? And as a dependent do I need to submit a form for the community college?

If you are being claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return, you do not enter any education expenses on your tax return.  The person(s) claiming you as a dependent enter your education expenses on their tax return.

but do they need to include both schools? What if I am paying for it myself out of pocket?
