Do I have to report and pay on gift cards earned from Swagbucks, Instagc?

I earned less than 600 on both and neither website has sent me a tax reform. Should I bother reporting either?

Yes.
Whatever you earn through survey sites — or any other apps you use to earn money on the side — counts toward your gross income.
Report your earning as “Other income” on line 21 Form 1040

However, if companies issue form 1099-Misc use Schedule C.

Remember, even if you do not make $600 or more in any given calendar year with a single market research company, you must still report any income you make.
