Yes.  The TurboTax account fees are paid by credit card.  The federal and state taxes owed are paid using the options show in Step 2 of the File section.

You have to pay the Turbo Tax fees by credit card before you can file or print.  So you can even pay early, especially to lock in a promo prices (like before March 1).

 

For the Tax Due you can either pay by entering your bank info for the IRS and state to pull it out of your bank account after they get your return or you can say you will mail a check and then pay it later or go directly online and pay the IRS by direct debit or credit card. 

 

But any Tax Due was due back on April 15 so don't be surprised if you get a bill later for some interest and penalty.
