Do I have to mail a copy of my tax forms to the IRS and the state even if I’ve efiled?

No, you do not have to mail in your tax return to the IRS or states if you have e-filed to both. 

However, if you owe one or both, please make sure that you mail in your voucher(s) with payment to each one you owe if you have selected to pay by check.
