Do I have to list the different supply expenses like roller bottles, hand bags, etc that I purchase as for my business? Or put a total & just label it supplies?

You just have to enter a lump sum total and categorize it as Supplies.

This does not address the main issue which is importing the various 1099-INT, 1099-DIV etc.

@G7Dij TurboTax is working to resolve that issue.  In the meantime, you can follow the resolution provided by  @MinhT.
