Do I have to fill in the amount I had deducted for my 504 account when filling in line12 W2?

I am asked to take information from line 12, but I have 3:  E, W, DD

Code E is the code in box 12 for Elective deferrals under a section 403(b) salary reduction agreement.

 

You probably don't have to do anything but enter the W-2 - TurboTax should take care of it from that point.
