Do I have to file all w2s at once or can I wait until next year base on the wages made

You need to file all of your income at once on the same tax return. Enter each and every one of them on your tax return. NO you can not wait until next year. You must file each and every W-2 that you got for 2016 on your 2016 tax return. You can not file a 2016  W-2 on a 2017 tax return.
