Do i have to enter the letters from my w2 where it says control number those letters right there it has NCN/SZT

Yes, Enter it exactly as shown on your W-2, include both number and letters. If you are unable to import you can skip this section by clicking on Skip Import. You will be directed to manually enter your W-2.
