Do i have to enter a W2 if it is less than $500?

I worked an event once this year and only made around $450? Does this income need to be added to my tax refund?

Yes, you must report all your income no matter how small, even $1 of bank interest you don't get a 1099 for.  Did you get a W2 or a 1099Misc for it?  The IRS gets copies of all the W2s and will be expecting to see it on your return.
