do I have to continue to start over because your site is not working properly I took photos of my W2s and it doesn’t show anything.

I have 2 simple w2s and am getting nowhere from your website?

If the technology is not working for you, have you considered just keying in your W-2's by hand?   That would take less time than posting here about it and waiting for replies.
