Do I get a 1099R from the old 401k?

My old employer rolled over my 401k into a IRA. I got a 1099R from my old 401k but nothing from the new 401k. Should I get something from the new IRA?

You should only get one form 1099-R from the administrator of the old 401(k) plan.

You may receive form 5498 from the administrator of your IRA account. But this form is for information only.  You don't report this form on your tax return.
