Do i fill out both the top and bottom of the 1099-misc form

If you are issuing 1099-misc forms they come 2 to a page so you can enter info for 2 people on one page ... if you don't need the bottom half leave it blank BUT do NOT cut it off ... the IRS must get whole sheets of paper so that they can be fed into a scanner.

On the 1099 Misc, I filled out both the top and the botton with the same information.  I wanted the bottom to be beter lined up.  Did I make a mistake?  Can I cross off one?  What should I do.?  Thank you. 

Can I check the void box on the botton one?

Check the void box on one of them so the IRS doesn't think they received twice as much self-employment income.
