Do I file as single or divorced if I have been divorced for over 10 years?

You are just Single.  Divorced is not a filing status.  Turbo Tax just asks that so it might ask you extra questions.

There is no such thing as filing as divorced. Divorced is a marital status, not a filing status. When TurboTax asks your marital status, you should select divorced, as long as you have not remarried. TurboTax will then ask other questions and recommend a filing status. If you do not have a child in your home, your filing status will probably be single. If you do have a child, you may be able to file as head of household.
