Do I claim my child support received on my state tax filing? I live in Michigan.

No.  In Michigan, just as on your federal return, child support payments are not taxable income to the recipient.

Thank you ,  it asked for child support and foster care income, but i think they mean from the state of Michigan. Have a good night and stay warm. Thanks again.
