Do I add supply expenses one by one then add new row with cost to each item of supply for cleaning services or combine all items together with total amount?

You can combine all of the supply expenses together and put in a single amount on your tax return.

 

But, it would be a good idea to keep that list of everything with your records so that you know how you got to the total amount reported on your return.
