Divorced last year, I need to set up my own turbotax I assume? It is associating his name as primary with my email addresses as I primarily worked on our taxes help!

Yes--you should set up your own new account with a new user ID.  It is too messy and difficult to remove all of the "spouse stuff" from an account that has been used for joint returns in the past.

Yes.  Set up your account.  Keep the login information for that joint account because you will not be able to access any of those tax returns on the new account.
