"Dividends on 1099-DIV" section continues to indicate "Needs review." I've entered all the information. Why?

This only seems to be happening on entries that include a portion of income from US government obligations.

You may want to try logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache, and delete cookies. Then you can log back in to your TurboTax account and see if that resolved the issue. I hope this helps.
